The Change

Driven by our passion for food and our love for the environment, my partner and I began ECS, a social enterprise start-up company to transform the Australian hospitality industry into a sustainable one.

Our vision is to establish the first sustainability rating system for hospitality businesses, whilst consulting them on implementing practical solutions to lower their environment impact and running costs.

In this early development stage, we look to gather data from a wide variety of businesses and get our hands dirty as we join legends behind the hospo scenes of Sydney.

Bean Central

What an inspiring experience it has been to work with the Bean Central team! Matt Morrissey Queanbeyan’s famous “Social Chef” and owner of Bean Central, has built a community of inclusion around his business. People from all walks of life are provided with an equal opportunity to work at their café, who employs staff with disabilities. Matt sees sustainability as another essential core value for his vision and is working with us towards that goal.
